The origin of Mitho Library can be traced back to May 1997, when the Library was formally established
in Colombo by Mitho Foundation. The Mitho Library plays a vital role in the collection development and
dissemination of scientific and technical information to meet the present and future needs of the Readers.
At present, this Library is helping to over 20,000 readers. Library provides quality services and access
to information. It also offers teaching and learning environment by providing a wide-ranging knowledge with
diverse resources. also, this library is providing many online e-services for Readers.
